$120 per 50 minute session (sliding scale available)

Insurance:
For telehealth sessions, I do not take insurance nor bill insurance directly, but will provide a Superbill that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. Check with your insurance to see if this option is available to you.
For in person sessions at Foundation Counseling Center, we do accept various insurances. Call that office at 407-593-6225 to see if your insurance is one we take.
Payment:
Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted for payment. (Insurance taken at Foundation Counseling Center.)
Cancellation Policy:
Office policy requires a 24 hour notice of cancellation or you will be charged a cancellation fee.
